hmmm....
he finally booked his plane ticket to visit....woo hoo. Okay...I have had a friend in Germany for awhile. He came to visit in May 05 and didnt talk alot for awhile. And the past few months we have been talking alot and last night he booked a flight to come for a visit Oct. 28-Nov. 5. Now the time will go SLOW just to piss me off. I am planning to take him on a road trip in Michigan..up to the Mackinaw area and into upper Michigan. Rent a hotel for three nights up there....one with a nice indoor pool and hottub. Oh I am sooo excited...lol.
Just a bit ago I hear a horn honking in the drive way. And it was the mail lady with another of those giant shoe box size boxes from him. This time he sent seven small bags of these kangaroo paprika snack things I love, three bags of different flavored chips, three chocolate bars, these two neat magnets, a little smiley face thing, CD and a little tile puzzle game...and a note on a postcard. Was very sweet.
Here is the pic of my and my parents when we were leaving to take him to airport to go back home last time.
