It amazes me that so many people who are deeply underwater on their mortgages keep paying. Wake up people -- you're not morally obligated to the bank. They didn't lend you money out of the goodness of their heart -- it was a business proposition -- they wanted to make money of you.
Now its reality time -- the business proposition failed. Its time for homeowners to move-on. Just like business men do when faced with a failed venture -- liquidate and move-on. Forget the moral crap -- do what's best for your family.
