Looks like some conservative Christians are ready to concede defeat in California. They're arguing that its better to fight in more hospitable states and worry that appealing Judge Walker's impeccably reasoned opinion may result in nation wide gay marriage.

Seems like desperation to me. Hoping there will be some case from some other state with a less well reasoned opinion that will give them a better chance at winning in the Supreme Court.
