Mac vs PC

I am thinking of switching over to a Mac. I haven't totally decided as I do love my pink Sony Vaio. Every Mac user I talk to swears by them, but I feel a sense of loss when I think about giving up my Microsoft I have become accustomed to.

So for all you Mac lovers out there, can you tell me WHY you prefer your Mac over a PC?
