Conservatives made a great big stink about one wacko at one polling station last election (i.e. the New Black Panther Party non-scandal). However, it looks like the true threat to voter participation doesn't come from a tiny handful of angry black men with no power -- but rather from the usual suspects -- conservative white folks who come up with ever more cleaver ways of keeping pesky minorities and poor people from voting.
There latest ploy -- hype nonexistent voter fraud as a justification for overly stringent voter ID laws the will disenfranchise millions of poor and minority voters.
