I have had so many embarrassing things happen to me over the year's but the one that sticks out the most is from when I was 13yrs old and had just started secondary school (high school).
We had just had gym class or P.E. (physical education) as it is called in Ireland and we had all headed off to the shower and dressing rooms. I undressed and wrapped my towel around me to head to the shower cubicle and was taking care not to stand on the hard matts as they always hurts my feet and I cannot stand to have my feet touched or feel something on them that is not soft, so Im avoiding the matts to get to the showers. Once done in the shower Im making my way back to the dressing room and still avoiding the hard matts with wet feet on a tiled floor. Not a good idea and here is why --- I slipped on the tiled floor and while I went in one direction and landed on my padded ass(I was big back then too) my towel decided to go in the opposite direction and landed just out of reach of my hand as Im lying on the tiled floor stark naked in front of my whole class and my gym teacher. As I had hit my head on the way down I was a wee bit stunned and did not realise what was happening for a few minute's but the whole thing still haunts me to this day and I still blush when talking or thinking about it. :blush:
