Cutie With A Big Booty!!!
OMG, you have to try these.
A friend from work brought some in yesterday...they are YUMMY!! Its a funny story about the recipe. His mom contacted Mrs. Fields for the recipe, she figured there would be a small charge for it but when we was billed she found out it was $500! She tried to return it but was told she couldn't since she had already seen it. She was so pissed she copied the recipe for all of her friends.
MRS. FIELD's CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
3 cups chopped nuts (any kind, but walnuts work well)
2 cups butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 cups flour
5 cups oatmeal (Measure first, then blend in blender until it turns to powder.)
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 - 24 ounce bag of chocolate chips
1 - 8 ounce Hershey bar, grated (you can use a food processor)
Mix butter, all sugars, eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, ground oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda, until blended. Slowly add dry ingredients to the mixing bowl and mix at low speed until it gets thick. You may or may not be able to fit all the dry ingredients into the bowl you start with (Kitchen Aid mixer or similar). At some point, you have to dump it all into a VERY big bowl. Make sure it is fully mixed. Then add chocolate chips, grated Hershey bar and chopped nuts. This is very hard to mix together because it is a large amount of dough.
Make 1 inch balls of cookie dough and shape them into a round ball. Drop them 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Makes approximately 112 cookies.
These are by far the BEST Chocolate Chip Cookies I've ever tasted! Enjoy!
