The music of GWAR is certainly not something everyone loves. Its sick and vile, and talks about defiling, maiming and spooging. Their lives shows were disgusting, with blood and alien semen spraying the crowd from various places, sometimes Oderus' enourmous alien dick.
But Dave Brockie was a creative, intelligent and talented man. He started a band that NO ONE forgets, even if the music is not their cup of piss-tea. Entertaining and imaginative with a cultish-following... I fear this is the end of one of my favorite bands. Im SO SO SO blessed that I was able to see them 3 times in my life.
