So, I've spent a fair amount of time trying different recipes, products, etc. in search of the perfect pie crust.
Turns out, the answer is Trader Joe's pre-made pie dough, found in the frozen foods section at my local store.
Omg...flaky perfection. I'll never bother making my own again. This is better. And, better yet, since it's Trader Joes, no weird ingredients! Next trip I'm stocking up.
