Please Help me find very lightweight blk pants !!

Does anyone have any ideas or know of any very lightweight black pants?? I will start a new job where I will be standing for long periods of time....I need to wear heavy support hose which are sooooo hot! We are required to wear black pants........I live in Florida so I've been looking for some lightweigh...breezy type black pants that would be cool.........NOT AN EASY THING!!........I wear 16/18...or 1X
I really appreciate any ideas or help!
I'm new to this forum ....what a great amount of information.
