Balls,I kicks em.
Hey
I was wondering if any of you had babies post-op?
I'm Pregnant with my first, had the VSG in mid 2007 and lost 200 lbs.
Had to explain my procedure to the midwives, they hadn't heard of it only the
bypass and band.
I know having a normal absorption is a pro in pregnancy but
morning sickness (thankfully rare so far!) is a bitch.
The usual remedies crackers etc don't seem to work for me since I don't have stomach acid. Also, dehydration tends to really impact my ability to keep food down (inflammation of stomach I suspect)
On the lookout for ginger candy.
More than anything I'm just interested in hearing Mommy stories.
I am surprised how easily I got pregnant and how aware of my cycle I am
after years of menstrual hell at my heaviest.
Anyway,Looking forward to stories!
