Pot luck ideas

I need a very cheap..and I do mean very cheap idea to take for a pot luck this weekend. There will be about 20 people there I'm thinking..I don't want to make soup..it's still quite warm here..I thought about pasta salad..but I'm not really feeling it..does anyone have any idea..it can be a side dish, meat dish, casserole..just something cheap and easy
