I'm trying to stop smoking and I have heard that many people put on some
weight after they quit. So I was wondering if anybody has had any experience with this and would care to share any information. I know most people try to watch what they eat and exercise when they are quitting so that they don't pack on too many pounds and they usually put on between 5-10 lbs.
