I'm trying valiantly to crank out an article about a gynecological medical issue and while I'm equipped for most kinds of research, I've never done one where I needed basic medical research. Stats. Percentages of the population who have certain conditions, how the treatment breaks down... Ages, etiology, all that stuff. A good solid overview, and good details. Any major new developments in treatment. Etc., etc.

The article's not that long, but as usual that makes no real difference in what I need to know to write it. Still need a decent big pic.

Anybody have any ideas about how to look if I need to do this FAST? Where to look? Help? Any ideas? I have bought/downloaded a few articles from Amazon and made a few calls, but it's still all kinda murky.

Thanks for any help! Feel free to PM if that makes more sense.
