What are some good places to determine semi-realistic body heights / weights sizes etc.

I enjoy writing Weight gain fiction stories but like most amateur writers I sometimes find it hard to get accurate weights.

On the one hand I dont like to go too slow because the story becomes boring, yet going to fast makes it stupid and seem overly unrealistic.

Other then using the heights and weights of the BBWS I know, I sometimes use the following links to help me.

If you have any useful resources that you use please share.

http://www.manuelsweb.com/kg_lbs.htm <-- helps convert Kg to Pounds which is handy because I dont use pounds were I live, plus pounds sounds sexier then kg :D
