I know he features very fat people in his workout routines but are they truly 'supersized' friendly? Which one should I start with? I can walk pretty well but I'm not a very flexible person and rarely do anything aerobic unless you want to count walking up the steps on an elevated subway!

I wish I could do water aerobics but my I cannot afford it at the moment. Also want to add, I only have a dvd player.
