I'm waving the white flag on making spaghetti. No matter what I do, what ends up on the plate is bare noodles and the sauce at the bottom of the plate and watery to boot! I made a new sauce last night and while not super thick, it wasn't exactly water. There was cornstarch in the sauce and I added tomato paste. What I want is the sauce to be thick and stick to the noodles. Can anyone share a recipe and tips so I can achieve this?
