Hey guys,
I'm interested in doing big stuffing sessions, like eating a large pizza with a liter of soda, or having multiple large fast food meals in one sitting. Right now im still aways from being able to do this, so i was just wondering if anyone had any "training" advice or general advice on eating really big meals. Maybe its just as simple as eating more and more often but i thought I'd just ask
