My wife ( 5' tall and about 265 lb or so ) would like boots for x-mas. Not cowboy or engineer boots, nor pirate or Renaissance faire boots. Just modern 'fashion ' boots. mild heel.
She wears a size 6 or 7 womens and has a 18" calf - that's the problem. Boots available at the usual places are of course sized in the calves for much thinner women.
Any suggestions from you well 'booted' ladies?
