Thanksgiving menus 2011

Last year we went out to a Cuban restaurant for Thanksgiving and they served pumpkin flan and it was superb. I found this recipe and I think I might make it for this year!

Anyway, we are having...

Roast turkey
cornbread stuffing
amazing yeast rolls (yes... amazing!)
Squash casserole
Sweet potato casserole (I roast fresh ones, no canned)
green beans
pecan pie (my Dad's recipe)
pumpkin pie and/or maybe this flan
