"Bitter Old Man"
It seems like just a few years ago that the New Jersey Bash was a small group of friends getting together for dinner and a few good times together.
When Bernadette and I began to work on these events, we never had any idea that it would turn into the spectacle that it is today. As much as we would like to take credit for what it is, the fact of the matter is that it is what it is because of all of you.
Your support of our "little" bash over the past few years has not only made it fun, but also personally satisfying for both of us. Just the sight of the HUGE crowd enjoying the pool party, or the near 100 at the pizza luncheon, or the 363 people who attended the dance gave us both the warm fuzzies the entire weekend!! Our theme was "Everybody Is A Star", and you all shone brightly at the bash..
It was also great to see so many new people at this one, and it appears that our little clique is growing, and growing, and growing!
I also want to take an opportunity to thank my partner in crime, Berna, for her tireless effort in making this what it is. I could not do this without her.
To all of you who attended, from my heart, I thank and love every one of you, and if you didn't make it, the pics that will soon be posted will show you the magic that you missed.
God willing, we'll be back in the fall.
