After a quick search, I did find a couple of old threads that covered this subject. Rather than bump one of those I thought it would be fun to start over instead of re-hashing what was said, in some cases, eight years ago...
As I'm writing this I'm watching The Grudge for the first time probably since it came out. I'm not easily scared by movies, although I can get startled like anyone else. This one I remember fondly as a rare film that gave me the heebie-jeebies.
Naturally I've ruined it for myself, 'cause it's not as scary as I remembered it.
So what movie, or even just a scene from a movie, scared the pants off of you?
