In England it's only really expected that you tip a waitress/waiter but I heard you guys tip just about everyone. Who do you tip and how much?

I normally tip the cab driver if up to the nearest pound. So if they charge me £3.40 I'd tell them to call it £4 and be done with the matter.

I normally give a pound tip to take out delivery boys but Nik doesn't.

I occasionally tell the barstaff to keep the change if my round is like £9.50 but say it was £5.50 I'd just take all the change and thats pretty normal.

Whats it like over in the US?
