Hi folks,
I know many of you have PMed me over the last couple of months offering your help. I'd like to officially thank you and make a post here letting people know where I am at and as things progress, what we need as far as volunteers go.
I know most all of you are willing to help but please only reply if you are not only willing, but have relative experience for the position and really can commit to making it happen and you are positive you'll be in attendance. Also, if you really want a lot of downtime to enjoy the event, don't sign up for something that's going to eat up all your time to enjoy with others.
All of our volunteer positions are unpaid (even my own), but they give great reward when you see how your help leads to the final success of such an amazing event.

This is a start, I know I am forgetting some areas, but this covers A LOT of what we need and I'm working to break it up this year so that people have more downtime hopefully to enjoy the event themselves as well.
If I've left you out (and I know I'm missing some folks - but my brain is mush right now), please send me a PM.
All those interested in participating, please send a PM including what position(s) you are interested in and in the next couple of weeks I'll be filling those positions.
