Couldn't bear the fact that, as of this date, there's only one post in this forum, so I decided to join the party and get a little life up in here.
Speaking of life, now that more and more of us are entering our senior years, thus the reports of death in these forums seem to be increasing, I think it's time to start an In Memoriam forum. All of the postings about beloved Dim members passing could be moved to it, and those of us who want to be kept up to date and/or post condolences could more easily find the info. As it is, it's been my experience that some of those who've left us haven't received as much recognition and accolades they deserve and for which Dim is noted. Comments?
And, yes, I know this post is contradictory, but I'm just coming off learning last night of the deaths of Betsy and AJ, so I'm feeling a bit down, especially since I've also recently lost friends and family members who have nothing to do with the size movement. :really sad:
I promise to do my best to make my next post herein of a lighter nature.~Bountifully, Fuchsia (71 on May 11; got involved in NAAFA when I was but 29 years of age; such wonderful memreeeeez to sustain me in my golden years  )
