All my life I have been told that thin people live longer than fat people. What I haven't been told, and would really like to know, is how much longer? I seem to recall reading an article on the CNN website (back in April 2004, I think) that the difference is one year, on the average. That doesn't seem like much, considering all the hoopla about obesity. Can anyone either confirm or deny this statistic?
