After years of being in the closest of being an FFA I finally "came out of the closet" to my fiance. In the end I'm really glad I did because after some research and trying some things out he realized he's really into this whole thing too!
Our wedding is in a few weeks. The other day he mentioned he had a goal to be the heaviest he's been when we get married! I just about died lol The problem is he's really tall, being 6'2, and right now he's weighing in at 207 pounds and he's been at that weight for awhile. His metabolism is crazy fast. Doesn't matter if he eats fast food two or three times a day, or if he just ears a ton of food I make at home... He just can't seem to get away from that "I'm a boy with a super fast metabolism and can eat anything and everything I want without getting fat" life.
So, anyone out there have any tips on how he can achieve his goal? His heaviest was 214 so he's got about a month to gain 7 or 8 pounds!
