with employment in such dire shape for many americans there is a very heavy focus on this weeks black friday activities. lots of weight is given to the show of consumer confidence and corporate bottom lines. sales seem to be up already but is that because of how deeply prices are slashed or is the economy really ready to come back? what are you doing on black friday? do you plan to do any shopping or are you going to lay low this year? are there any political/economic implications in your actions or are you just doing what you do because thats what your pocket happens to dictate?
