I treated myself yesterday to a 1/2 pound of roast beef(the cold cut) and when I went to eat it today I discovered that it's very well done.Not a speck of pink in it.It's edible(sort of) but The thought of eating it the next couple of days on a sandwich is unappetizing to me.Damn me for not checking to make sure it was at least somewhat rare.I really can't afford to waste food though so does anyone have any ideas of what I can do with it?
